Please allow 6-8 weeks (Monday-Friday) to process your order. We will contact you immediately should any problems or delays arise. Because everyone needs some time off, I will not be shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or Major Holidays. Upon shipment of your order you will recieve notification and tracking information via email. Glamerliz will send your order via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day that will cost anywhere from $5-15 dollars, depending on total package weight; this does give tracking information. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that does not include processing time. PLEASE NOTE: Please refer to www.USPS.com for thier policies.
Once your item is handed over to the delivery carrier (USPS) for shipment, Glamerliz will not be held liable for damaged, stolen, or lost items due to the negligence of the delivery carrier. Should any of these problems arise, you are to file a claim with the postal service. PLEASE NOTE: From time-to-time shipping delays can occur for unforseen reasons, i.e. inclimate weather, PO Boxes, or Apt numbers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NOTE: there has been a change in international shipping rates. Due to the increased weights and many delays with First Class Shipping, I have decided to only use Priority Mail. It is important to me that you receive your orders in a timely manner and with detailed tracking. This will be calculated at time of check out based on the weight of you order.
We are not responsible for any additional customs, tariffs, or taxes applied during international shipping. All other shipping policies are the same as United States Domestic services. (See the above shipping policy). It is up to you to keep track of your package. It is impossible for me to keep track of every single order I ship out. I do try, however, but cannot always do so. International shipping is NOT a gaurantee, unless you choose Priority Express. If you see that your item is being held in customs, or an attempted delivery has been made please contact your local post office or parcel carring service and inquire about your package. As stated in my policies, it is up to YOU to make your claim inquiry and/or claim if your package has been lost. I always try to help, but the more my business grows, the less time I have to do this for you. It is imperative that you fill your address in correctly and if you have an odd address or an unusual address, please be sure to tell me in the "note to seller" section. I also need your phone number for international orders.
